Can't find your original delivered photos? Let me help.
All images are archived at the end of the year.
Any retrieval request not pertaining to the current year will incur an archive retrieval fee.
The Archive Retrieval Fee applies to the entire delivered set of images and cannot be pro-rated in the event that only a specific subset of images are requested out of the original set.
Images will be delivered via private online gallery for 30 days.
*If the Archive Retrieval process fails and we are unable to find any images, there will be no charge.
